Healthy Quick Breakfast that gives you energy and tastes delicious. This is my favorite go to breakfast.
2 eggs scrambled, 5 cherry tomatoes chopped and 1/2 avocado chopped-perfection:)
I am starting to see results...I am making tweaks to what I eat.
Working out is important-I switch it up to keep it interesting-tonight I am going to run in the park. It takes a little planning-I am going to make dinner before so its ready when I cool down from the run. I found that works best for me.
I am making it part of my lifestyle-not a diet...I think that is key.
