Iron

You can get these at the dollar store for a $1

3/8 " Heat and Bond Ultrahold iron-on adhesive
available at any fabric store like Joann's or Hancock's.

                                  Step 1.   Measure  Fabric 7 1/2 x 12 1/2 inches

Step 2. Measure 1/2 inch around fabric on back side
                                                             as a guide for seaming.
Step 3. Cut bonding to fit.

Step 4. Fold fabric in half to guide line and iron then place
bonding in and iron to fuse.

Step 5. Wrap around vase measure and where it fits to slip on and
off but snug put another piece of bonding between the overlap and iron.
Slip it over the candle holder. The neat thing is you
can change the cover as you change your decor or holidays.
That is it-how easy was that?:)
