Spicy Chicken Chili Recipe-The Best!




This is the Best Chicken Chili Recipe! 
You will crave it-it is that Good:)
It is Easy and Budget friendly to make. 
Healthy Comfort food-does it get any better? 
Perfect for the cooler weather coming.
     

                   Spicy Chicken Chili
Ingredients:
3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts-cubed
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Large Onion-chopped
4 Cups Chicken Broth
1 (7oz.) cans chopped green Chile peppers
5 (14.5 oz.) cans of Great Northern White Beans-un drained
1 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tbsp. Garlic powder
1 Tbsp. Ground Cumin
1 Tbsp. dried Oregano
¼ cup fresh Cilantro –chopped
1 Lime-Half juiced-Half Wedges for garnish

Directions:
In a large skillet medium heat add 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil and chicken cubes. Sautee until lightly brown and cooked through. Take out chicken to cool. Rough chop. Set aside. Add onions to pan sautee onions until translucent. Set aside.
In a large soup pot add chicken broth and chile peppers-bring to a boil. Add 3 can of beans, garlic powder, cumin, oregano, red pepper flakes, cilantro and lime juice. Stir until well combined. Add chicken and onions. Reduce heat to low, add other 2 cans of beans and cook for 30 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Until reduced and desired consistency.
Garnish with cilantro, lime wedges and sour cream.
