Make your family a delicious homemade breakfast-this one takes no time at all.
You can even sprinkle some flour on you because your family think you worked much harder than you did-it will be our secret:)
My son is home from college and is craving home cooking so I indulged him with one of my Mom's recipes she made me and brothers as kids-everyone  loves the sugar topping!

Vanilla Blueberry Muffin Recipe

1/4 cup Sugar + 2 Tbsps. divided for sprinkling on top
1 Egg, well beaten
1 cup Milk
6 Tabs. Vegetable Oil
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Directions:
In a Medium bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt and 1/4 cup sugar.
I a large bowl, combine egg, milk and oil-mix well. Next mix in flour mixture until combined-do not over mix-lumpy is ok. Gently fold in blueberries.
